How to fix PUBG Mobile network, Internet and server issues on Android or iOS:

Sometimes after launching PUBG MOBILE, you will find yourself being thrown back to the Home screen of your device, as the game cannot progress as it tries to load and make network calls, it seems the game is looking for your location to allow/disallow loading data for your device.

Fix #1: Use a VPN on the device:

" A virtual private network (VPN) extends a private network across a public network, and enables users to send and receive data across shared or public networks as if their computing devices were directly connected to the private network."

Once the VPN is installed, then you should be in a position where you can load the PUBG Mobile app and have it successfully download all available data and access the game without any random network error messages.

You can start by trying a free VPN:Opera Free VPN is one of the popular ones.

  • Go to Google Play or the App Store and download Opera Free VPN.
  • Once it is open, click the large “Connect” button to connect to the VPN.
  • Run PUBG Mobile again and start playing.

If that did not help, try other VPN apps.

  • Head to the Settings App.
  • Select WiFi connection and locate the configure DNS option.
  • Add a new manual DNS server:

Add either Google or OpenDNS servers :
       - Google DNS: 8.8.8.8,     8.8.4.4
       - OpenDNS: 208.67.222.123,     208.67.220.123
